What is the Fitness Challenge?
Most of you by now, have fell off the NEW YEARS RESOLUTION bandwagon. Here is another challenge to get you back on it! You will be competing against yourself. You must first set a LOGICAL/CHALLENGABLE Fitness goal. You will be keeping a log of your fitness to record. The instructor/fitness buddy will need to initial for proof. REMEMBER! Don't cheat- you will probably not make your goal.
- You must attend 2 out of the 3 Ballroom Fitness classes weekly
- You must record a minimum of 5 hours weekly of classes, activities, or workouts.
- Must submit records before April 5th to complete competition.
What do you get if you beat yourself and achieve your goal?
